Soon we will administer the annual flu and/or pneumococcal vaccination to patients who have received an invitation by post. 

This year, the vaccine(s) will be administered on Thursday October 17, Saturday October 26 and Thursday November 7. 

 

FLU JAB & PNEUMOCOCCAL VACCINATION
Patients who have received an invitation for both vaccinations, can come to the surgery on Thursday October 17,
according to the following schedule, based on your last name:

* A to M       17.30 - 18.00 
* N to Z        18.00 - 18.30 




FLU JAB
If you have only received the invitation for the flu jab, you are welcome to visit the surgery on Saturday October 26,
according to the following schedule, based on your last name:

* A to G          9.30 - 10.00 
* H to O         10.00 - 10.30 
* P to Z          10.30 - 11.00 


If you are unable to come to the practice on October 26, you can stop by on Thursday November 7,
according to the following schedule, based on your last name:

* A to G          17.30 - 18.00 
* H to O          18.00 - 18.30 
* P to Z           18.30 - 19.00 

When you come to the surgery, we kindly ask you to: 
* Please bring along your invitation letter(s);
* Wear clothing in which you can easily bare your upper arm(s), as the vaccination(s) will be administered there.
